The colour of water.

So, there's a theme emerging. Watercolours are high on my list of beautiful things and inspiration this week. Take a peek at these wonderful paintings by Cate Parr.

Super talented, right?!

I get the feeling I'll be hanging round the blog and internets tomorrow. I might even throw in a few emails to make you smile. Am going to my follower list to see who I shall email...

Be spectacled.

When they were new I loved my glasses. I had two pairs, one red and one black, although only the black pair survived the days of student living in one room with everything on the floor. Yes, I stepped on the red pair and snapped them in two... These frames have seen me through a lot and I've seen a lot through them! But they are scratched, quite badly and look kinda shabby now. Plus I haven't had an eye test in three years. So, I'm seeking out new frames.

Noting a colour theme... and a definite leaning towards the vintage style. The upswept sides are so sweet, but for everyday? Not sure if I could pull it off. I really like the first pair. They've got a vintage look without going over the top. I do REALLY like the third pair though... What do you think?

My girls, you're just like the heavens.

I'm feeling the pull of the vintage today. However i'm not dressed in vintage. Seriously, if only you could see me in my leggings with a huge baggy jumper...not the height of style today, ladies! But it's the thought that counts right?

Be prepared to drool over these beauties <3

Thanks for all your sweet comments, you really do keep me going. Love y'all!

That's what you get when you let your heart win.

err so my day was interesting. I went into town, went into the only real fashion shop for miles, New Look, and took some picture of stuff I liked in there. I went into another shop and got told off for taking pictures...I understand, but I'm not exactly going to steal their designs... and they stole them from the high-end designers in the first place so they can't complain!

talk about hips! I think you have to have a real slim figure to wear this. It just accentuates the fact that I have an ass.

poser!

I loved this and it was only £20. So sweet.

I didn't like this at all when I tried it on, but now...I kinda like it!

hmmm. I liked this, but when I didn't have the hands in the pockets it looked boxy

hands up if you featured denim shirts in your fashion forward last monday! Someone reminded me that they are utterly awesome. <3

And I bought none of it! I was really impressed by New Look's interpretations of trends. Good job! Two thumbs up!

The rest of my day has been spent at grandma's. She's 85. There are a number of issues which i'm sure she wouldn't appreciate being batted about on the internet. Just trust me when I say it was a toughie! Will be spending every weekend with her and my aunt is organising for broadband to be put in. Maybe I can get grandma on twitter?
