I feel odd.
I think i'm coming down with something yucky...
namely the declutter bug.

I woke up this morning and for some reason I HAD to sort out my wardrobe and after three bags of clothes I either never wear or have had since I was 14, I thought it would be a good idea to sort out the rest of my bedroom too, which consisted of paperwork, ornaments, craft stuff, random electrical cables, books, more books, and just lots more stuff. Everything has been organized. Or thrown away. Or filed in the box that I never file anything in.

In case you're wondering why I have all this stuff in my bedroom it's because I'm pretty sure that my dad wouldn't be too pleased about me spreading all my knick knacks into his space...except the dining room, he didn't really get much say in that... But yes, 24 and living (temporarily) at home, I should be able to keep my stuff organized in the little area that is mine. So there.

I have noooo idea where this sudden purge of stuff came from, but it's resulted in a pretty empty wardrobe and a whole bin bag of rubbishy bits and pieces that I don't even know how I thought they might come in handy one day. What will come in handy is the extra space in my wardrobe...:D

Shopping anyone?!

xoxo

  2. Oooh, I do love a good de-clutter! I hate stuff accumulating and it's only allowed to do so for a short amount of time before it has to be sent packing!

Reward yourself with an afternoon nap in your gloriously tidy bedroom x
