Oh Howard (and other stuff)

Howard is fresh in my mind lately. He sits with me on the arm of the sofa while I write and has quickly become the subject of a children's story. Whether or not this story will ever see the light of day remains to be seen, but I'm finding it much, much easier to write for children than for adults. Less pressure.

I'm blogging from the kitchen today and got the munchies all of a sudden so I've raided the cupboard to find some jam doughnuts that were going out of date soon...they had to be eaten...ALL OF THEM. Yum. Note to all self-confessed foodies out there. Never blog from the kitchen unless you are sure you need to eat.
Anyhoo. The bf is away this weekend so I'm enjoying peace and quiet. Radio 6 Music is on, the notepad is out and catching up with laundry, housework and blogging.

  1. Of course they all had to be eaten. It would be irresponsible not too. Love how adorable Howard is..

  2. Hello Miss. I've been MIA for a little while. I'm loving Howard - he seems like a cute, little, rebellious owl :)
